Warm Up Your Page
A new account has no history, so the app can't tell yet if you're a real person. Until it decides, it caps how far your posts go. Three days of normal use is all it takes. Rush it and you get stuck at 200 views with no way back.
Set these up first
- Use the profile picture from Account Setup. Nothing else.
- Fill in the whole bio. Keep the username in the sleep and wellness lane.
- Add a real email and turn on two-factor.
- Leave getsom.com out of your bio for now. Add it after your warm-up post clears.
- Post from the phone app only for your first 10 posts. No desktop, no schedulers.

Day 1 · just watch
- Scroll your For You page for about 30 minutes.
- Let videos finish instead of swiping straight past.
- Like 15 to 20 sleep or wellness clips across the day, not all at once.
- Leave 5 to 7 real comments. Words, not emojis.
- Follow 8 to 10 accounts in that lane.
- Save a couple of videos. Saving reads as real interest.
No posting. No links.
Day 2 · teach the feed
- Do everything from Day 1 again.
- Search sleep terms yourself — night routine, can't sleep, ASMR, sleep aid.
- Watch 10+ of those videos all the way to the end. Finishing counts for a lot.
- Interact with a few non-sleep videos so it stays human.
Still no posting.
Day 3 · one test post
- Post plain night-routine or wellness content. No Som. No brand at all.
- Use a sound that's trending this week.
- Your own footage or photos. Nothing reposted.
- Post from the phone app.
- Leave it alone for 24 hours.
Did your page pass? Check at 24 hours

The Rules
Break any of these and the video does not get paid.
⚠THIS CAMPAIGN NEEDS 60% US VIEWERS. That is higher than most campaigns and it is the hardest requirement here. If your page pulls mostly outside the US, your videos will not qualify.

Use a different pour video every post. Never the same one twice.

Leave the video up for 30 days.

Don't write "SomSleep", "somm", or any misspelling. It is Som Sleep.
Don't turn on subtitles or auto captions. Only the text the format asks for.
Don't reuse a pour video you already posted.

Don't make it look like an ad.

The hook has to be answered by the video
These are quiet pour videos. The hook can only promise what the pour actually shows.

if you wake up at 3am, this is why ← promises a reason the video never gives
Never write "watch what happens" or "here's why". The pour is the whole payoff.

What you need before you submit

- Send a screen recording of your analytics. Not a screenshot. Steps below.
- Your analytics must show 60%+ US viewers.
- getsom.com has to be live in your bio.
- The video has to follow one of the 3 formats exactly.
📹 How to record your analytics proof
Screenshots are not accepted. Record your screen and do it in this exact order, all in one take.
- Start the screen recording before you do anything else.
- Open the App Store (or Play Store).
- Search for TikTok or Instagram, whichever the video is on.
- Open the app straight from the store page. Do not open it from your home screen.
- Go to your video, then open its analytics.
- Show the Traffic source tab.
- Show the Viewers tab.
- Show the Engagement tab.
- Stop recording. Send the video.
One take, no cuts, no edits. If you stop the recording partway through and start again, it does not count. Opening the app from the store is what proves the account is really yours.
